It should have been there as soon as I was teleported to the shipwreck after the Tanaan Jungle intro. I see other players teleporting into the shipwreck area and slowly walking up hill with their respective NPCs which I can’t see. I opened up a problem ticket in game and got an automated response that they can’t help with quests and to use wowhead, etc, which hasn’t helped me since I think its a phasing issue going on. The flag is already planted in the ground and non-clickable. I have the trivial quest tracker turned on obviously. I’ve tried flying to the actual garrison location but there are also no NPCs. I’ve tried going to the blasted lands and re-entering the dark portal but it takes me to Warspear. I’ve tried using the garrison hearthstone but it teleports me to the alliance Alterac Valley cave entrance in hillsbrad foothills where I am immediately killed by alliance guards. The weird thing is I have a garrison hearthstone in my bags from originally boosting the character and the garrison special ability while in zone. I recently did this on a non-boosted Pandaren character and had no issues. The NPCs then teleport me to Frostfire Ridge near the shipwreck where Thrall should be with the next quest, but there are no NPCs anywhere near the shipwreck. I went through the dark portal, completed all the Taanan Jungle intro quests with Khadgar, received the achievement. I believe we used the level 100 boost that was given with one of the previous expansions. Me and my girlfriend both had this same issue on boosted nightbornes. For reference I am on horde and I have a boosted nightborne character.
